Refund Eligibility

✓ Request is submitted within 14 days of delivery (per tracking)
Refunds are not offered for:

✗ Unauthorized returns or return-to-sender packages

✓ Brief description of the issue

If approved, a confirmation will be sent and your refund processed to the original payment method

✓ Return shipping (if required) is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated
✓ Claims without proper supporting evidence will be denied
✓ Fraudulent, exaggerated, or repeated claims may result in account restrictions or order bans
✓ Refunds cannot be granted for unauthorized or return-to-sender shipments
